Please note: Naples Grande Beach Resort is Closed for renovations through December 31, 2026. Our meeting will be one of the first in the entirely renovated resort. We look forward to welcoming you to the NEW NAPLES GRANDE.

Reserve your room before the housing cut-off date of Wednesday, December 23, 2026. It is possible that the block of rooms (or specific room types) set aside for the SAVS will be filled before this cut-off date; you are strongly encouraged to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Please note that rooms outside of the meeting dates are based on the hotel's availability.

Reserve Housing

• ROOM RATE FOR THE ROYALTOWER: $379.00 for up to a double occupancy plus 11% Tax and a $20.00 Resort Fee (discounted from $40.00).
  
  The majority of the guestrooms in the resort have 2 queen beds. Suites have 1 king bed. Negotiated rates are based on single/double occupancy for Run of House rooms and will be available until the cutoff date or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.
  
  
• Bed types on ROH rooms are not guaranteed and may be adjusted based on the number of people checking in. Guaranteed/upgraded views and bed types may be available at an additional cost.
  
  
• Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. An additional charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will apply for each additional adult. Children under the age of eighteen (18) stay free in the same room as parents. Maximum occupancy is 4 (four) people per room, regardless of age.
  
  
• Quoted guest room rates will be offered, based on availability, three (3) days before and three (3) dates after the meeting dates. Rates on pre/post dates may vary when the hotel’s availability is limited.
• A seven (7) day cancellation policy applies to arrivals between December 20 – April 30.

• Reservations booked by individual attendees require a credit card deposit of one (1) night’s room rate and tax at time of booking. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit of one (1) night’s room rate and tax will be forfeited.
  
  
• A deposit is refundable if the Hotel receives notice of individual reservation cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival if arrival is between December 20 - April 30.
