General Registration includes: Continental Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall Friday-Sunday, Thursday & Friday Receptions and Saturday President’s Banquet.
Spouse/Guest Registration includes: Spouse/Guest Hospitality Suite, including breakfast, Friday-Sunday, Thursday & Friday Receptions. Separate Registration Required for Saturday’s President’s Banquet.
Cancellation Policy: Up to and including Wednesday, December 23, 2026: Registrants may cancel either by logging into their existing registration online or by emailing a cancellation request to admin@savs.org. If cancelled online, a refund, less a administrative fee, will be issued automatically; if the cancellation request is emailed, the registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded AFTER the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after Wednesday, December 23, 2026. Fees cannot be reduced for partial attendance.
