Reserve your room before the housing cut-off date of Friday, December 20, 2024. It is possible that the block of rooms (or specific room types) set aside for the SAVS will fill before this cut-off date; you are strongly encouraged to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Please note that rooms outside of the meeting dates are based on the hotel's availability.
Reserve Housing
The group rate for the Southern Association for Vascular Surgery attendees is 400 USD for up to a double occupancy (exclusive of applicable city/state taxes, levies, and/or assessments). Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.5%) and State Cost Recovery Fee (2.5%) in effect at the time of check-out.
Additional fees:
- Daily Housekeeping Fees: $6 per room, per day
- Roundtrip Porterage Fees: $12 per person, roundtrip
A discounted daily Resort Fee of $40.00 will be applied per room, per day. The Resort Fee includes the following amenities (these are subject to change prior to opening of the Resort):
- Non-Motorized Watersports
- Beach Chairs & Umbrellas
- Snorkeling Gear & Pool Toys
- Paddle Board Lessons
- Yoga & Pilate Classes

- Enhanced Wi-Fi
- Mixology Class & Rum Tasting (2x per week)
- Daily Manager’’ Reception
- In Room Drinking Water

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card or by the Organization. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
