- Q: How do I log in for the virtual meeting?
A: You will receive an email with your login credentials by Tuesday, January 26th. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email. If you are having trouble locating this email or are continuing to experience difficulty logging in to the virtual meeting, please email
admin@savs.org or call 978-927-8330.

- Q: What web browser should I use to connect to the meeting?
A: Google Chrome is the preferred web browser for the 2021 SAVS Hybrid Annual Meeting. If you are connecting from a Safari Browser, you may be redirected to a second log in screen. If this is the case, please simply log in a second time using the same credentials and you should be immediately taken to the SAVS Meeting Broadcast.

- Q: How do I join the Q+A for the SAVS Hybrid Annual Meeting?
A: To join the Virtual Annual Meeting Q+A, click “ask a question” on the right hand box on your screen within the Live Broadcast, type in your name and accept the Terms of Service, and then click "Join"

- Q: Where do I view the Digital Marketplace and Virtual Posters?
A: Only registered attendees have access to view the Virtual Posters and Digital Marketplace. Registrants will be able to navigate with a click of a button from the Live Broadcast over to the Digital Marketplace and ePosters. If you are looking to join or view outside of the Live Broadcast hours, use the same login information provided in your Know Before You Join email to access the Meeting Portal online at

- Q: Will I be able to watch the recordings after the meeting?
A: Yes, the recordings of the Virtual Meeting presentations will be available online a few weeks after the meeting for your view. Only those whom have registered will be eligible to claim CME for viewing the presentations.

- Q: How will I be able to claim CME?
A: For all registered attendees for the SAVS Hybrid Annual Meeting, you will receive a post-meeting survey to complete and to claim your CME. You should receive this email by Wednesday, February 3rd. CME is only offered for the live viewing of the Annual Meeting broadcast, and no CME will be offered for Enduring Materials post-event.
