Reserve your room before the housing cut-off date of Thursday, December 14, 2017. You can book three days prior to and three days post meeting online. Please note that rooms outside of the meeting dates are based on the hotel’s availability.

The Group Rate for the Southern Association for Vascular Surgery’s attendees is 295 USD. The Group Rate is exclusive of local taxes, currently at 12.57% and daily 25 USD resort fee.

Room Cancellation Policy:
Credit card information is required when making a reservation in order to hold the room. Credit card will be charged the first night’s room rate plus tax at the time of reservation. In the event you will need to checkout prior to your reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of 100% of the guest room rate for one night will be charged to your credit card. If you wish to avoid this fee you must advise the hotel 14 days prior to arrival of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
